Never thought id say this !! but I'm quite getting into knitting now ! So I've swapped hooks for needles for a few projects.. But my hooks will always be my first friend.

As I see it, your first mistake was making a really cute hat that matched her new sweater. I hate to tell you, but I think you might need to crank out another one with your newly found knitting mojo. Also, Owl! SO cute!
I can see why you were unable to hold on to that hat! Very cute. Also, Your squares are wonderful.
