W.I.P number 2

Wednesday already ? 
well I'm doing some things for my new nephew who is due in October. cant wait to meet him !


first a blanket........

The shade of the one wool looks greyer on the photos , its a really lovely baby yarn from Rico baby range.

very nearly finished , but i got carried away and saw a cardigan pattern on you tube by Micky's mail ( the imagination Sweater ) so i started that too !!

My very first ever cardigan !! ( I've only ever done blankets before !!! )

Just got sleeves to do !! 

Right I'm off now to go and slice bag freeze 2 massive carrier bags of runner beans from our allotment ...hhmmm id rather do crochet !

Bits and bobs Blanket

Ive finshed !!!Ok ive made a blanket from bits of wool i had, and got from charity shops. So its been really cheap to make. most of the blanket are granny squares , but theres also some knitted squares which i had knitted last year but done nothing with !

hence this blanket really is a Bits and Bobs blanket !

W.I.P wednesday No 1 . headband

 


Well. ive followed my first pattern today !!! quite proud of myself even though it was a simple project to do !
I learnt to crochet by watching someone and never used a pattern before . Mind you its over 15 years since i picked up a hook ! so its like starting over again !


well i made my daughter a head band ........
